What is the View list of documents feature?
The View list of documents feature is a helpful document management tool used on an application by application basis. The feature is a list of all the documents generated by Applicant and Authority for the application.
When a document is published and an application moves statuses, that document is added to the View list of documents feature. That document is date stamped and lists the users name who published the document.
Every document is added to the list, but based on your Authorities configurations, only certain documents may be visible to Applicant’s. Check with your Authorities software administrator to see what your configurations are.

The View list of documents feature is located in the top toolbar of every application, it can be found on the top right of the application next to Planning Summary.
How do I use the View list of documents feature?
Select the View list of document feature in the toolbar in the top right.
Review the items in the list.
Select the document you wish to view.
The document will open in another window.
