Invite client
Urpla gives you the option to invite the client/applicant into the application to complete the owner's consent. This feature provides a high level of quality assurance for your client/applicant as it eliminates the risks of error when entering in details into the form.
Automated owner's consent
For each property, Urpla can guide your client/applicant using the left-side navigation panel titled “Fill out the form below”. Urpla will automate the owner’s consent and append it with supporting information to the application.
Upload owner's consent
Alternatively, you can upload your own completed owner’s consent and supporting information using the right-side navigation panel. Urpla will automatically append these uploads to the report. Ensure that the landowner’s details are entered on the left-side navigation panel titled “Fill out the form below”.
Note: Urpla automatically assigns the creator of the application as the project manager. The project manager controls all invites, has access to all of the information and can edit or complete any information required.
