Urpla uses AI-assisted automation to provide you with an instantaneous property search from the applicable Local, State and Federal Government.
Enter the property address once.
To start a new development application, search for a property address. The property will be highlighted on the map. You can also add multiple addresses by searching for additional properties or simply selecting an area on the map.
Urpla’s search and research function directly link with Federal, State, and local planning and overlay mapping. The Urpla app will return property information and a list and associated maps of all planning and overlay triggers applicable to the property selected. For reference, these can always be found in the Planning Summary (in the top right of the screen).
Urpla automatically schedules and formats the applicable property information and planning and overlay triggers in the report, and attaches associated maps in report appendices.
