Depending on how you log in will determine what you see on your applications dashboard. Each Authority organisation has its own log in portal, which only presents/displays applications that are within that Authority’s jurisdiction.

How do I determine which Authority portal I am logged into?

You can determine which Authority portal you are logged into by the unique URL in your browser's address bar. It will display the authority name at the start of the URL e.g. council-name.urpla.com.

When you log in or sign up to the portal you will see the Authority’s logo on the login page.

How do I access my Authority’s portal?

Each Authority will have a link to their individual portal within their own Authority website. This link can be primarily found within the development assessment/consent webpage.

You can also access the individual Authority’s portal by navigating to app.urpla.com, and then selecting from the list of authorities at the bottom of the page.
