Common fixes
If you're missing emails, the first place to check is your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, legitimate emails can end up there by mistake. Check your spam folder and mark any legitimate emails as "not spam" to ensure they appear in your inbox in the future.
Use the search function in your email client (ie. outlook, gmail) to look for the missing email. Search for 'urpla'. If the email is in your inbox, this should help you locate it.
Check you entered the correct email address when you signed up. If it was sent to the wrong address, you will need to sign up again with your correct email.
Email blacklisting is a common practice used by email providers to block spam and other unwanted emails. You can whitelist emails to prevent them from being marked as spam or blacklisted. Here are the steps to whitelist an email address:
Log in to your email client or provider: Open your email client or log in to your email provider's website.
Find the whitelist or safe senders list: Look for the option to manage your whitelist or safe senders list. This can usually be found in the "settings" or "options" menu.
Enter the email address you want to whitelist in the appropriate field and save the changes. Add the email address noreply@urpla.com
Check the whitelist: Make sure the email address is added to your whitelist by reviewing the list of trusted senders. You may need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
Note: The exact steps to whitelist an email address may vary depending on your email client or provider. If you're unsure how to whitelist an email address, check the help section of your email client or contact your email provider's customer support team for assistance.
