Select the first categorising instrument item on the left navigation pane.
Read the State or National authorities categorising instrument in the middle pane.
Review the applicants response to the State or National authorities categorising instrument.
Select the relevant Authority assessment to the Categorising item. To learn more about Key Assessment Functionality read this article.
Once you have completed all the items on the right, select the next categorising instrument on the left navigation pane and complete the assessment.
Select Save & Proceed.

Select the first categorising instrument item on the left navigation pane.
Read the State or National authorities categorising instrument in the middle pane.
Add in the Applicant answer to the category designation and referrals matters, based on the paper application. To learn more about what a paper application is, read this article Development Application and Assessment Process (End-to-end vs Paper-based).
Select the relevant Authority assessment to the Categorising item. To learn more about Key Assessment Functionality read this article.
Once you have completed all the items on the right, select the next categorising instrument on the left navigation pane, add in the Applicant answer to the category designation and complete the assessment.
Select Save & Proceed to progress to the next step.
