Resolve changes
The software allows multiple people to collaborate on the same application at the same time. If multiple people are editing an application at the same time and a person selects ‘Save & Proceed’, the software will check for any inconsistencies between the changes being made to the application (ie. your work will be compared with the work of others collaborating on the application at the same time). In some instances, the software is checking for differences at a task level. In other instances, this check is done at the step level. Where the check reveals differences between the different versions, the software will present an option to keep your changes or accept the other person’s changes.
Steps: Categories, State and Federal, Codes and Reporting
A dialogue box will appear to resolve changes in the circumstance 2 or more people are working on the same task at the one time, and differences between the changes have been identified.
The dialogue box will appear for the person that is last to ‘Save & Proceed’ at that step.
The dialogue box will present your selection (and answer if applicable) as well as the other user's selection (and answer if applicable) for each relevant task for you to review. An example of the dialogue box is shown in Figure 1 below.
Once you have reviewed the changes, you can select to either accept your own changes (Accept yours) or the other person's changes (Accept theirs). If you select Accept yours, this will overwrite the other person’s changes. If you select Accept theirs this will overwrite your own changes/inputs.

Conditions step
A dialogue box will appear to resolve changes in the circumstance 2 or more people are working on the Conditions step, and differences between the changes have been identified. The dialogue box will appear for the last person to ‘Save & Proceed’ at that step.
The dialogue box will present any inconsistent changes to Approved documents, Special conditions and/or Standard conditions each person has made under this step. An example of the dialogue box is shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 below.
If there are multiple users working within the Conditions step at the same time, the software will recheck conditions that were removed or unchecked to avoid any loss of work.
Conditions cannot be removed or unchecked when there are multiple users in the same step.
Once you have reviewed the changes, you can select to either accept your own changes (Accept yours) or the other persons's changes (Accept theirs). If you select Accept yours, this will overwrite the other person’s changes. If you select Accept theirs this will overwrite your own changes/inputs.

Why is a Recommended approved document I have removed reappearing in the list and no longer struck out?
If you find a Recommended approved document you have removed has been readded to the list when you return to the Conditions (Authority) step, it is likely another user has readded that condition or there was another assessment team member editing the same step you were making changes.
Why is a Special condition or Standard condition I have unchecked reappear in the list as a checked condition?
If you find a Special condition or Standard condition you have unchecked has been readded to the list return to the Conditions (Authority) step, it is likely another user has readded that condition or there was another assessment team member editing the same step you were making changes.
