What file types can I upload at Supporting documents?
PDF documents
Word documents
Shapefiles
JPEG/PNG
Where a non PDF file has been uploaded to Supporting documents (i.e. Word document, ShapefIle or JPEG/PNG), these file types won’t appear in the PDF documents that generate at the Publish (Authority) step.
How do I access supporting documents?
Option 1
Select the application you would like to work on.
Navigate to the cloud icon next to the Planning Summary (located in the top toolbar of the app).
Select the icon to access the Supporting Documents.
Option 2
Select the application you would like to work on.
Navigate to the Reporting (Applicant) step.
Select the 'All Assessment' assessment card
At the bottom of the left navigation panel, select Supporting Documents.
How do I upload supporting documents?
Uploading supporting documents from the list
Select the Part that you want to append your supporting document to.
Use the drop-down menu and select the document type from the list.
Once you have selected the type, select SELECT FILE or drag and drop the file to upload the supporting document. They will be automatically appended to the development application for you.

Uploading 'other' supporting documents
Use the drop-down menu and select ‘Other’ as the document type from the list.
Once you have selected 'Other' select SELECT FILE or drag and drop the file to upload the supporting document.
Once it has been uploaded, the software will ask you to select the Part that you want to append your supporting document to.
The file will then be listed underneath the respective part. You can edit the document name at the bottom of the document.
The file will be automatically appended to the development application for you.
Select save and the document name will be updated through the development application.
