On hold status
What is this status?
On hold is an Applicant status, where the Applicant can put their application on hold to change their application.
How do applications move into this status?
Only the Authority can change the status of the application to On hold status. The Applicant must request this of the Authority via the Authority's standard processes.
The Authority can move applications into the On hold status by manually updating the status of the application via the Update Application Status feature.
How do applications move out of this status?
Once the Applicant is happy with the changes they have made for their application, the applicant will lodge the application back to Authority. The application will move back into the Change review status.
