About Notifications
Apply your Authority’s preferences for automatic email notifications for certain actions/milestones on all applications. A blind copy of the email (forwarding email) will be sent to the nominated address each time that action is undertaken.
Example:
When a 'Information request response' is published, the assessment manager and collaborators on the assessment team will be sent an email notification as per the Emails configuration table.
If an email is listed in Account Settings - Notifications under 'Information request response is published’ the listed email will receive an email for each assessment manager and collaborator invited on the application/assessment team.
If an application has 1 assessment manager and 3 collaborators on the team ('Active' or ‘Pending'), and an ‘Information request response’ is published by the Applicant (Application manager). The email in Account Settings will be sent 4 emails, 1 for the assessment manager and 1 for each collaborator.

Instructions
To add or update the automated email notification preferences:
Click on the user icon in the top toolbar within the application, on the top right (next to the Help Centre button).
Select Account settings in the drop-down menu.
Click on the Notifications tab and add an email address next to the action.
Select Save and Proceed to save preferences.
Only 1 forwarding email address may be entered for each action.
