1. Open the app. The software will open on the Applications dashboard.

2. Select New to create an application. The software will present you with the Location step with your local government's interactive mapping tool.

3. Search for a property by entering an address or lot and plan number into the search bar in the top left corner of the interactive mapping tool.

When searching by street address, don't use commas.

For example, use6 William Street Waterford West’.

Don’t use ‘6 William Street, Waterford West’.

When searching by lot and plan, you must type the words ‘lot' and 'plan’ in your search, and add a space in between each word and number sequence.

For example, use ‘Lot 1186 RP 880617'.

Don't use these formats: ‘1186RP880617’, 'Lot 1186 RP880617'.

If you are having issues finding the property, try typing the property address, not copying pasting. The search tool is sensitive to invisible characters and extra spaces inbetween letters and numbers.
