Enter the property address once.
AI-assisted automation is used to provide you with an instantaneous property search from the applicable Local, State and National governments.
To start a new development application, search for a property address. The property will be highlighted on the map. You can also add multiple addresses by searching for additional properties or simply selecting an area on the map.
The search and research function directly links with National, State, and local planning and overlay mapping. Property information and a list and associated maps of all planning and overlay trigger applicable to the property selected. For reference, these can always be found in the Planning Summary (in the top right of the screen).
An automatic schedule and format of the applicable property information, planning and overlay triggers are created in the report and attached to associated maps in report appendices.
What you will find here
Property search field | Search for a property by address or Lot and plan number. Switch between address or Lot and plan number using the drop-down on the left side of the search field. |
Map | Select single or multiple properties from the map simply by clicking or searching the property. |
Property details | Each searched or selected property identification is contained in the roll-up list to the right of the map. Each or any selected property can be removed by selecting the bin icon on the corresponding property list. The three icons labelled Local, State, National either display as green ticks representing successful retrieval of data from the source. If any of these icons display a refresh icon the retrieval of data from the source has been interrupted and needs to be tried again. Select the Refresh icon to retrieve the source data. |
Planning Summary | A formatted list of the applicable planning, overlay, and mapping triggers applicable to the selected property. The Planning Summary continues to populate and update throughout the process providing the user with a quick reference to key planning, overlay, and mapping triggers, development proposal details, maps and resources for the assessment including relevant codes. |
Instructions
1. Open the app. The software will open on the Applications dashboard.

2. Select New to create an application. The software will present you with the Location step with your local government's interactive mapping tool.
3. Search for a property by entering an address or lot and plan number into the search bar in the top left corner of the interactive mapping tool.
When searching by street address, don't use commas.
For example, use ‘6 William Street Waterford West’.
Don’t use ‘6 William Street, Waterford West’.
When searching by lot and plan, you must type the words ‘lot' and 'plan’ in your search, and add a space in between each word and number sequence.
For example, use ‘Lot 1186 RP 880617'.
Don't use these formats: ‘1186RP880617’, 'Lot 1186 RP880617'.
If you are having issues finding the property, try typing the property address, not copying pasting. The search tool is sensitive to invisible characters and extra spaces inbetween letters and numbers.

4. The software will focus in on the selected property.
5. The software will return with some basic property details on the right.
6. Select Save & Proceed to progress to the next step Proposal (Applicant).
The app has the ability to search multiple properties at once. When selecting multiple properties they will list underneath each other.
The software will search the applicable Authorities mapping system to return the applicable planning information for the properties.
Use the mouse to select properties on the map, select the property again, or use the bin icon to remove it.
