Further action status
What is this status?
Further action is an Applicant status, where the Applicant can respond to assessment items that require further action, that have been issued by the Authority.
The software automatically identifies to the applicant what the items are in the software, taking the Applicant directly to the items required for actioning.

How do applications move into this status?
The Authority will complete a preliminary assessment of the application during Validating status. If during the preliminary assessment the Authority determines there are assessment items that require further clarification, the Authority will issue a notice, triggering the application to automatically move into Further action status.

How do applications move out of this status?
Once the Applicant has addressed all the further action items, the applicant will lodge the application back to Authority. The application will move back into the Validating status.
