The Forms & Admin step is unique to the Validating status. This step is used by the Authority to complete legislative development application requirements and internal authority processes to ensure applications are 'properly made' prior to starting the assessment of the development application.

The Applicant's forms are provided at this step to help the Authority complete the validation of the application.

These questions are customisable based on your authorities validation of the application.

Download All Button

Use this feature to download all applicant forms. Each form attached to the PDF will be downloaded as a ZIP file individually. Download All button is located in the top right corner above the validation questions.

Instructions (End-to-end)

  1. Review the applicants lodged forms in the PDF viewer on the left pane or download the individual forms using the ‘Download All’ button.

  2. Read the validation questions on the right pane.

  3. Select the relevant Authority assessment to the validation questions. To learn more about Key Assessment Functionality read this article.

  4. Select Save & Proceed to progress to the next step.

Instructions (Paper-based)

  1. Review the applicants lodged material outside of the software to find the relevant forms. The Applicant’s forms are only visible at the Forms and Admin step for the Development Application and Assessment Process (End-to-end vs Paper-based).

  2. Read the validation questions on the right pane.

  3. Select the relevant Authority assessment to the validation questions. To learn more about Key Assessment Functionality read this article.

  4. Select Save & Proceed to progress to the next step.
