Instructions

1. Scroll through the list and check the applicable option (Relevant or Irrelevant) for each Zone, Local plan, Overlay, Use, Other development and State codes.

Where you have selected that a code is ‘Irrelevant’ you are required to write a reason why you have not included that code in your application. You must complete a reason to be able to progress to the next step.

Hover over the information icon located next to the code to find a 'statement of application'. Use this statement to determine if the code is applicable to your development application.

Automatically preselected codes that might be applicable to your development application. You can uncheck these codes if they are not applicable to your development application.

Assessment benchmarks will be populated into the Reporting (Applicant) step under ‘Codes’ for the user to assess against.

2. Select Save & Proceed to move to the next step.

3. A table of applicable benchmarks is populated with responses included in your selections, in the planning report, see Applicant's Town Planning Assessment Report Index.

The user has the option to come back to this step at any point in the application process and amend codes relevance to the development application. The user must select Save & Proceed to update the codes and report template.
