Automatic assignment of application team
The software is designed to automatically assign certain application team members based on configuration settings. The software has two automatic assignment functions:
the ‘automatic application assignment’ configuration setting for Groups, and
the ‘automatic supervisor assignment’ when a member is manually added to the application team.
What is the automatic application assignment?
The automatic application assignment is a configuration setting applied to each Group in account settings. The automatic assignment has 3 settings: All, Limited, and None as detailed in the table below.
Where All or Limited setting is selected, the configuration setting will automatically assign supervisors to an application, once the application is lodged by the applicant and is in the Awaiting assignment status.
The automatic assignment will automatically send an email invite to the supervisor/s to join the application team where the setting is applied.

What is the automatic supervisor assignment?
If someone in the organisation adds a person to the application team, and that person is identified in a Group, and that group has a supervisor/s. The supervisor/s will automatically be added to the application team.
This can happen in any Authority Application Statuses.
