  • There can be multiple owners of an organisation.

  • Role types are assigned when you create an account and are assigned to an organisation.

  • Create enquiries

  • Prepare and lodge applications

  • Generate the development application

  • Respond to council requests for information

  • Create notes

  • Assign application team.

Member

  • A member of the organisation

  • There can be multiple members of an organisation.

Collaborator

  • External consultants

  • Organisational Collaborators are assigned when invited to the assessment team and they are not a owner or member of the organisation.

  • Only see applications they are assigned to.

  • Limited steps in the workflow.

  • Doesn’t have access to account settings.

  • Can’t edit the assessment team.

What is an application role?

Application roles are assigned when invited to the application team on individual applications.

What are the application role types?

The following role types are available for applicants.

Application manager

  • Application managers are the primary role in the assessment of the application, application preparation and document generation.

  • Assigned at Applicant step.

  • Create enquiries

  • Prepare and lodge applications

  • Respond to council requests for information

  • Create notes

  • Assign application team

Collaborator

  • Collaborators are used on a case by case scenario to help in the assessment of the application.

  • The Collaborator role can be added via email invite on a application basis.

  • The Collaborator can't assign people to the application team.

  • Limited access to application material and documentation (Assessment benchmarks assigned to the specific application role type and supporting documents).

  • The Collaborator can't see applications they are not assigned to.

Client

  • Company or person proposing development.

  • Clients may be invited to the application via email at the Client step.

  • Fill out their information and upload owners consent form at the Client step.

Applicant

  • Company or person making the application.

  • Applicants may be invited to the application via email at the Applicant step.

  • Fill out their information in the Applicant step.
