Action/Confirmation Notice (Authority)

The Action/Confirmation Notice step is unique to the Validating status. The step is used by the Authority to complete legislative development application requirements and internal authority processes to generate a Action notice or Confirmation notice.
What you will find here
Summary of Action notice items | The software provides the authority with a summary of action notice items (requested items), that have been generated during the assessment of Categories (Authority), State & Federal (Authority) & Forms & Admin (Authority). |
Generation of Confirmation notice | If the application passes validation, the software automatically knows when an Confirmation notice needs to be generated. The software will prompt you to complete the Confirmation notice questions. |
Supporting documents | Supporting documents are added here. Uploaded documents will be appended to the notice/reoprt generated at the Publish (Authority) step. The following file types can uploaded here:
Review the uploads attached in Supporting documents at the Action/Confirmation Notice step. Documents uploaded while issuing an action notice will not be automatically removed when you issue the Confirmation notice. To remove a supporting document, select the 'Remove' button next to the supporting document you want to remove. |

Generating an Action notice
If during your validation of the application you have identified an action notice item (requested information of the Applicant) the software will automatically know that you require a Action notice to be generated.
Review the action notice items on the left navigation pane.
Select the Action notice item on the right to view the request action about that item.
Select the ‘Go There’ button if you need to amend an action notice items.
Upload supporting documents if required.
Select Save & Proceed.
Generating a Confirmation notice
If during your validation of the application you have not identified an action notice item (requested information of the Applicant) the software will automatically know that you require a Confirmation notice to be generated.
Answer the questions relating to the generation of the Confirmation notice.
Upload supporting documents if required.
Select Save & Proceed.
